How the Intelligent Body Reveals What It Needs

Hello Fellow Wellness Warriors,

I hope this email finds you and your loved ones well.

With permission, I’d like to share a very interesting clinical story.

It clearly illustrates how the intelligent body reveals food sensitivities—and how, with the right approach, genuine healing can occur.

A 42-year-old woman presented with a severe reaction to dairy.

Every time she ate even a small amount, she would sneeze at least seven consecutive times, followed by moderate to severe, whole-body inflammation lasting 1–2 days. This had been happening for many years.

She had seen numerous doctors and allergists, tried NAET treatments, and used multiple symptom-reducing medications—with no meaningful results. Recent blood work showed several inflammatory markers notably out of range.

She was referred to me by a friend who had experienced excellent results with chronic digestive issues.

Hoping for real answers, she flew down from New Jersey to see me.

We began with a ZYTO computerized energetic and functional scan, which provides a bar graph showing how organs and glands are functioning. Using this as a guide, I then performed a whole-body applied kinesiology (AK) evaluation to identify organ, gland, and system weaknesses—and to uncover the deeper, unseen root causes behind them.

The evaluation revealed multiple functional weaknesses along with a deep-seated, hereditary-based immune challenge.

Each time she consumed dairy, it reacted with this underlying immune issue within the weakened organs and glands. The result was immediate sneezing and systemic inflammation. In other words, her body was giving clear, instant feedback that something internally needed attention.

Symptoms are not the enemy—they are the body’s way of asking for help.

Her body also called for computerized blood work analysis, which I do through www.sciencebasednutrition.com.

We used her recent labs, and a comprehensive report was generated.

The software recommended specific whole-food supplements to balance and optimize the areas that showed up during her AK evaluation. Interestingly, she required only one digestive supplement—Enzycore from Standard Process.

Now, six weeks later, the results are remarkable.

When she eats small amounts of dairy, she no longer sneezes.

Last week, she texted me that she ate pizza—with not a single sneeze.

Her inflammation is decreasing, and she feels significantly better overall.

This improvement came from one correctly recommended supplement, in the right dosage, at the right time. This one supplement balances her whole body on a daily basis. Now her body has the real possibility of functioning better and healing.

She absolutely needs more work, and we are continuing. But this case beautifully demonstrates an important truth: The body wants to be well. It is designed to be well.

Often, unseen functional imbalances—frequently driven by deep-seated, hidden toxins—cause the body to malfunction. Treating symptoms alone is just the tip of the iceberg.

This patient has now invested in a ZYTO hand cradle, allowing us to continue working remotely and virtually.

I explained that there are likely additional layers of organ and gland imbalances to address for true, lasting wellness.

Her response? “I’m all in.”

Experiencing good—or great—health is a dynamic, ongoing process.

Many of my wellness-based patients see me monthly or quarterly for years.

Their blood work is excellent.

They feel great.

Their immune systems are strong.

They enjoy a high quality of life.

We simply keep the focus on helping the whole body function optimally—and it works.

This approach surely beats the “let’s wait and see” strategy when it comes to the most important asset we own: our health.

Please feel free to share this email with someone who is passionate about their well-being.

Yours in Optimal Health,

Dr. Karp
