Hello Wellness Warriors,
I hope this email finds you and your loved ones well.
I have been watching some of the 2024 Olympics.
Needless to say these athletes are amazing and take
extraordinary care of their bodies.
I’m a tennis player and fan and just watched the men’s finals.
Novak Djokovic is 37 years old and just won the gold medal for Serbia.
Against 21 year old tennis marvel Carlos Alcarez of Spain.
What an amazing match and feat!
In addition to Novak’s 24 Grand Slam titles.
Early in his career Novak had health issues with his lungs and fatigue.
A holistic doctor in Europe reached out to Novak and said he can help.
He eliminated gluten, dairy, processed sugars and processed foods from his diet.
Put him on a whole food, nutrient dense, plant-strong diet.
Along with treating him with detoxifying and balancing modalities.
Long story short, he is one of the greatest tennis player to ever step on the court.
A true inspiration to what is possible.
I see people everyday with “unexplained symptoms or health challenges.”
Some have been to (several) of the best medical doctors with little answers or solutions.
Just named diagnosis’ and medications to suppress their symptoms.
Is that health care or symptom and disease management?
I say this often, symptoms are your body’s way of telling you something is amiss internally.
You want to listen to these messages from your body.
Your body is talking to you.
Yet, quite often, the true underlying cause of unexplained symptoms can be reduced to the following.
Deep-seated, unseen, health-depleting toxins that over time interfere with
the proper function or organs, glands and systems.
Toxins such as heavy metals, chemicals, immune challenges and resulting food sensitivities.
These deep-seated toxins can be in the body for decades causing unexplained health issues.
Toxins can even be passed on in utero – resulting in truly unexplained symptoms.
I have had a few new patients come in recently with none or minimal symptoms.
They want to focus on getting their body healthier and healthier over time.
To take a pro-active, preventative, wellness approach before anything happens.
I am so surprised you can push me over with a feather.
I actually literally stand up and applaud these new patients.
And then we get to work to see what organs and glands need help even though they are ‘asymptomatic.’
You think Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcarez play the wait and see game for health issues to arise?
Doubt it.
They focus their efforts on attaining and maintaining optimal, whole body function and wellness.
They know their body and health are their greatest asset.
They take the time, put the energy in and spend the money to keep them optimally well.
Are they any different than you? Besides being elite athletes.
In today’s environment, it is more important than ever to be pro-active about your health.
Do all the right lifestyle strategies like eating a plant-strong whole food diet, quality sleep,
exercise daily, positive mindset, community.
Yet, that may not be enough to get your body in optimal health due to deep-seated,
unseen functional imbalances.
Here to help in any way I can.
Have a great week!
Yours in Optimal Health,
Dr. Karp
